The mask and headgear are in great condition. The white mask shows a few spots that look like finger prints that I was unable to remove when cleaning the mask. There is a bit of discoloration on the mask that fades from white to an slight yellow white. And there are a few scratches on the helmet, that are about 2 inches long or shorter. The original plastic headgear bolts have been switched out for aluminum bolts. The original instructions are included. The original box is not included. See photos for what to expect.
